Alexandra Court

Alexandra Court has been designed to make sure every resident we care for feels completely supported in all aspects of their lives. With 60 beds, the home is vibrant and stimulating with spacious rooms and its own private garden with outdoor seating. It’s the kind of welcoming atmosphere that enables everyone in the team to focus on delivering the best in person-centred care.

Each resident has a tailored care plan and their needs and preferences are factored into every aspect of day-to-day life. Whether it’s the delicious and nutritious meals we serve in our restaurant or the wide-ranging activities we run each week, we put choice and individuality at the heart of all that we do. Our activities are as varied as our residents, with chair football and Pride-based crafts being recent hits.

The team here is made up of managers, nurses, carers and a number of people in support roles in areas like administration and maintenance. All of us take the same pride in making the home somewhere residents and their families enjoy spending time in. All of our staff have access to the training and development they need to make the most of their skills and open up new opportunities for their Barchester careers.
