A purpose-built care home with 36 beds, Ashlar House was designed to provide a pleasant and homely living environment. Our team is focused on delivering the highest levels of person-centred care for those who choose to stay with us. We’re also home to the Ashlar Club, a friendly, warm and welcoming day care centre. The centre offers people living with dementia the opportunity to learn new skills and hobbies, or rekindle past interests.
Our home is modern and bright with some lovely outside spaces. We’ve recently refurbished three secure and easily accessible courtyard gardens – our ‘seaside’, ‘sensory’ and ‘working’ gardens are places where we can all potter and relax. Our activities programme is tailored around the particular interests of our residents and our facilities are designed to enhance the lives of everyone living at the home. We also offer tasty and nutritious food that is prepared by a skilled team of chefs.
