Awel-Y-Mor is a light and airy modern care home with welcoming inside spaces and beautiful gardens. We have strong links with our local GP service and clinical specialists and our residents are supported by a full-time physiotherapist. We have 55 beds and an ethos built around delivering the very best in person-centre care.
We work hard to enable every resident to live a fulfilling life that gives them choice and respects their individuality. We have a busy activities programme that includes things like daytrips to the seaside, as well as an award-winning sensory and laughter therapist. Meanwhile, our team of skilled chefs take pride in creating dishes that are both nutritious and tasty.

We provide 24-hour nursing care for young, physically disabled adults with complex disabilities following traumatic or acquired brain injury, spinal injury or degenerative disease. We can provide care for up to three clients with learning disabilities and 15 elderly clients. We also have the facilities to care for bariatric clients.
