Our unique Profit Share Scheme means you can share in your care home or hospital’s commercial success. The higher your care home or hospital’s quality score (based on regulatory ratings) the greater the amount to share.
All care home and hospital employees are automatically eligible for the scheme. Our Profit Share Scheme really is a brilliant way for you to share in our success. If your care home or hospital successfully participates, we also reimburse one year’s NMC registration fees for eligible nurses.
