Find Your Next Job at Bloomfield Care Home in Bristol
With 102 beds, the purpose-built Bloomfield is one of our largest care homes. We have large, secure gardens and bright, modern rooms designed to feel like a home from home.
Our person-centred care is based on detailed assessments and care plans that cover areas like life history, likes and dislikes, spiritual and religious needs and all aspects of personal daily living needs. We have three activities coordinators who work with residents and staff alike to create group and one-to-one activities that reflect everyone’s interests. Our group activities include things like pottery, gardening, crafts, crosswords, baking and trips out.
Wherever you join us, you’ll be part of a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to ensure that each resident feels completely supported in all aspects of their lives. When new residents arrive, the care staff introduce themselves throughout the day, making sure residents are happy and that they know where everything is. The activity staff will come and say hello and talk new residents through the activity planner, and the Head Chef is always keen to find out about specific likes and dislikes. It means that in whichever role you join us, you can be confident that you’re delivering care you can be proud of.
