Find Your Next Job at Austen House Care Home in Reading
Austen House is a purpose-built care home in Reading. Following a major refurbishment, we have a brand new look. That includes a bright new reception area, a beautiful dining room and tastefully decorated bedrooms. With 79 beds, this is one of our larger care homes, but it still retains a warm and homely feel.
Our teams are very much focused on our residents’ personal needs and they go above and beyond to deliver the very best in person-centred care. Key to our success is the fact we recognise that each resident is different with their own likes and dislikes. We help people to live as independently as possible by giving everyone real choice when it comes to things like mealtimes and activities. Our weekly activities include musical entertainment, beauty therapies, baking, flower arranging, movement to music, arts and crafts and one-to-one sessions.
Join us, and you’ll become a valued member of a supportive team. You can expect all the training and development you need to thrive and deliver first-class care.
