Beaufort Grange is a stunning 74-bed home delivering high quality person-centred care and support to people who have residential and nursing needs. The home is welcoming and vibrant with beautiful landscaped gardens that are perfect for a summer’s BBQ or a gentle stroll. We also have a large balcony area. What really sets us apart though is our people – their warm and friendly personalities help to make sure everyone feels at home.
We have a packed activities programme designed to suit every taste and ability. Our residents can participate in everything from music therapy sessions, exercise and art classes, and quizzes through to wine and cheese afternoons and outings in our minibus.
