Chalfont Lodge Care Centre is based in the small village of Chalfont St Peter, close to Gerrards Cross (and its train station) with good public transport links to local towns. We’re not far from the A413 and M25.
Chalfont Lodge is a purpose-built residential care home with 119 bedrooms. The home has lovely gardens and offers a wide range of activities, including music therapy, talks and daytrips. We have lots of events too, like our summer parties, car shows, BBQs and Christmas shows, and residents can be as involved in these as they want to be. Our staff deliver the kind of quality, person-centred care that’s designed to help our residents get the most out of their lives. Our carers and nurses deliver bespoke care plans that are focused on making each resident’s day comfortable and happy.
