Find Your Next Job at Chalfont Lodge Care Centre in Chalfont St. Peter
Chalfont Lodge is a purpose-built residential care home in Buckinghamshire. A significant recent investment means our home has a brand new look complete with a bright reception area, a beautiful new dining room and tasteful décor for our 119 bedrooms.
Our staff deliver the kind of quality, person-centred care that’s designed to help our residents get the most out of their lives. The home has lovely gardens and offers a wide range of activities, including music therapy, talks and daytrips. We have long term projects too, like our summer parties, car shows, BBQs and Christmas shows, and residents can be as involved in these as they want to be.
Life with us means being part of a dedicated team. We’re all actively involved with our residents – whether that’s our maintenance team getting a room ready for someone new, our chefs creating dishes to suit every taste and dietary need, or our housekeeping staff helping residents to personalise their rooms. Our carers and nurses deliver bespoke care plans that are focused on making each resident’s day comfortable and happy. Every resident is special to us and we’ll make sure you have the training and support you need to play your own part in looking after them.
