Harton Grange is a purpose-built residential care home in South Shields. Our home is welcoming and homely with large outside spaces that have plenty of seating areas and even a chicken coop. We’re very much a part of the local community.
Everything we do here is designed with individualised, person-centred care front of mind. We take the time to get to know our residents so that we can understand their needs and preferences, and then provide services and experiences that meet them. From our nurses to our housekeepers, everyone here plays a vital role in supporting our residents in all areas of their lives, whether that’s by creating and delivering tailored care plans or making sure our environment is comfortable, clean and safe. We also offer a wide range of group and one-to-one activities. We were very proud to perform well in the Your Care Rating 2016 survey – we were given an overall score of 925 out of 1,000.
