Harton Grange Care Home is located in the West Harton area of South Shields, just off the John Reid Road and not far from South Tyneside District Hospital. Our nearest Metro station is Tyne Dock, which is just a short walk away.

Our purpose-built residential care home is welcoming and homely with large outside spaces that have plenty of seating areas and even a chicken coop. We’re very much a part of the local community. Everything we do here is designed with individualised, person-centred care front of mind.
