We care for people who need 24-hour nursing care and people living with dementia, who are supported in our dedicated Memory Lane Community. This includes colour and cues to help residents navigate through the home as well as thoughtful interior design to help with reminiscence. We also provide respite care and short breaks.
We have close links with other healthcare specialists, including GPs, chiropodists and specialist nurses. We have a physiotherapist attached to the home too.
