Following a sizeable investment, Kingsland House, our 71-bed home in Shoreham-by-Sea has a brand new look. We’ve completely redesigned it with the people we care for in mind. Our bright new reception area provides the perfect spot for socialising and activities, and we also have a brand new dining room and refurbished bedrooms.
We have a warm, homely and friendly environment and a dedicated team of staff focused on delivering the very best in person-centred, respectful care. This includes a vibrant activities programme, ranging from exercise classes and gardening, to home cinema, visiting Pets as Therapy dogs and even a mobile pub. From enjoying a home-cooked three course meal, to benefiting from personalised care plans, and having the security of 24-hour nursing care on hand, residents enjoy the very best tailor-made support.

We offer the highest quality nursing care 24-hours a day to frail older people, whether they are permanent residents, or visiting us for a respite break. We also provide expert palliative care.
We’re extremely proud of our dedicated Memory Lane Community, too, which provides specialist resources for people living with dementia in a homely yet secure environment. It’s staffed by nurses and support staff who have specifically chosen to work in the dementia arena, and are supported by industry-leading training.
As well as specialist care for those with multiple sclerosis, and Huntingdon’s and Parkinson’s disease, we also provide a neuro rehabilitation service.
