Lancaster Grange Care Home is located in the Fernwood area of Newark-on-Trent. There are two rail stations within the town and a number of bus routes, making our home easily accessible.
Our purpose-built care home is designed to provide the highest quality residential and nursing care for older people, including those who are living with a dementia. Learning about our residents’ life stories and our reminiscence work is a key part of our person-centred care approach. This valuable work helps us to connect with our residents on a personal level and enhance the overall care that we offer to them. Our lively activities programme is a big part of this, with everything from knit and natter sessions, local day trips and visits from local musicians on offer.
