Latimer Court is a purpose-built 80-bed home specifically designed to provide the very highest quality residential, nursing and dementia care. From the life-skills kitchens, to the secluded gardens, the soft furnishings, to the interior décor, everything is tailor-made to help our residents feel at home – and to help you provide the highest level of care.
Each resident has a tailored care plan and their needs and preferences are factored into every aspect of day-to-day life. Whether it’s the freshly cooked meals we serve, our hair salon facilities, or the wide-ranging activities we run each week, we put choice and individuality at the heart of all that we do. Our activities are as varied as our residents, with regular baking sessions, painting and exercise classes and trips to local woods, garden centres and shops.
The team here is made up of managers, nurses, carers and a number of people in support roles in areas like administration and maintenance. All of us take the same pride in making the home somewhere residents and their families enjoy spending time. All of our staff have access to the training and development they need to make the most of their skills and open up new opportunities for their Barchester careers.
