Oak Grange Care Home is located in Mollington, Cheshire. We’re close to several local amenities and bus stops, and only a short drive away from Chester Station.
Our modern 70-bed home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and features a hair and beauty salon, coffee bistro and cinema. Our purpose-built home has been specifically designed to enable person-centred care. Every member of the team plays a part when a new resident moves into our home, including the maintenance team who help personalise their new rooms, and our activities team who learn about our residents’ favourite hobbies and incorporate them into our exciting programme. We also go for regular outings in our minibus, whether it’s to local places of interest, or just for coffee and shopping. Our home has become a real focus for the local community – we have particularly strong links to schools and take part in activities and events with them.
