Based in a rural setting on the outskirts of Cambridge, Oaklands Care Home is an integral part of the Hilton Park Care Centre community, which consists of our home and Hilton Park. We’re close to Newmarket, Ely, Granchester and Stansted. Our nearest stations are Cambridge North and Dullingham.

Set in beautiful grounds, our purpose-built facility offers a real community feel for people living with dementia and young people with physical challenges. We have well-maintained gardens, 54 comfortable bedrooms, a restaurant-style dining areas and lovely communal spaces. Our dedicated team provides high quality care that ensures our residents remain in control of their lives. The care team supports each individual in making their own decisions and choices regarding daily life and social activity. Our activities team puts together a programme for all tastes and abilities, so we have everything for someone – whether it’s animal therapy, music workshops or visits to garden centres and art galleries. The one thing that will strike you when you walk into our home is the sense of community –  we’ve given all units street names and each bedroom door has its own letter box and door knocker. We’re a home from home where residents really love living.
