Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, Ochil is an 81-bed home in Perth. Our warm, homely atmosphere can be felt in our spacious lounges, elegant dining rooms and comfortable bedrooms. Within Ochil is our Glendevon facility where we offer support to younger adults with physical disabilities; it’s been designed specifically for residents who require therapy to improve their quality of life and independence. For you this is an opportunity to work in first-class facilities, designed for our residents’ needs, which enable you to deliver person-centred care.

Every member of our team is dedicated to helping our residents get the most of out of life. Our catering team produce a variety of tasty dishes that make meals an enjoyable part of the day. The activities we have on offer are determined by our residents’ interests and hobbies, so they can vary from gardening, visits from entertainers, and regular trips out.

From our maintenance and hospitality teams through to our nurses and carers, we all aim to celebrate each residents’ individuality, while helping them to maintain independence. Every resident is special to us and we’ll make sure you have the training and support you need to make a real difference to their lives.
