Surrounded by woods and open fields, Paternoster House is a 103-bed home with a warm and friendly environment. Our home features large dining rooms and lounges, comfortable bedrooms, and a number of courtyard gardens and sheltered areas for our residents to enjoy. We also share our site with Jasmine Court Independent Hospital, which provides support for people with mental health needs.
We have a friendly and dedicated team who are focused on our residents’ individual needs – and they all play their part in helping a resident to move in. On admission, the Maintenance Manager helps our newcomers by personalising their rooms. The Activities Coordinator takes time to learn about their interests and hobbies, which we try and incorporate into our weekly activity programmes, whether it’s trips out to local places of interest in our minibus or visits from entertainers and musicians. The administration team are there to answer any questions our residents and their families may have, and the housekeeping team make sure residents’ clothes are freshly washed and their rooms are tidy. The catering team are always keen to find out what our residents’ favourite meals are so they can cook them up to make them feel at home.
As for our managers, nurses and carers, they’re committed to drawing up personalised care plans and overseeing the quality of care. Our main aim is to make sure our residents have an enjoyable and meaningful experience with us.
