South Grange Care Centre is situated on the outskirts of 'Bonnie Dundee' in the seaside town of Monifieth. We’re just off the Abroath Road (A92) with plenty of local amenities and bus stops nearby.
Built on the site of an old farm building, South Grange is a warm and welcoming 85-bed care centre with plenty of charm. We have elegantly decorated rooms, spacious dining and activity areas, hairdressing salon, and we’ve preserved some of the building’s history, as the ‘Mill’ is now our main lounge. Our facilities have been designed to meet our residents’ individual needs, as well as enable our team to deliver quality care.
Within our centre, we have the Seven Arches Unit which provides expert care for young clients with acquired brain injuries, neurological disorders and residents who need to be ventilated. The Seven Arches team consists of Specialist Trained Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Senior Care Assistants, Occupational Therapist and Activities Staff. They work with each resident to create individual care plans that provide slow stream rehabilitation, long-term or palliative care. The team in our residential home also deliver quality, person-centred care to our residents by creating tailor-made care plans which are regularly updated. We provide a varied activities programme including regular concerts, carpet bowls league, outings and much more. Our home wouldn’t be what it is without the dedication of our team who build positive, meaningful relationships with our residents.
