Sutton Grange is a modern, yet homely 40-bed care home specifically designed to meet our residents’ needs. We have a number of spacious living rooms, comfortable bedrooms and a large garden for our residents to enjoy. This is a wonderful place that enables us to deliver the person-centred care our residents deserve.
Our entire team is dedicated to providing first-class care and helping our residents to settle in. We have a dedicated nursing and care team who make sure a good assessment is carried out, and prior to our residents moving in the home, rooms are personalised with the support of the activities, nursing and maintenance team. Our Activities Coordinators spend time with our residents to find out their favourite hobbies and include them in our activities, whether it’s live music and entertainment, regular outings on the minibus or animal assisted therapy.
As for our managers and people in support teams, they’re all committed to helping the home run smoothly, whether that’s by keeping it clean and tidy or overseeing the quality of care.
