Find Your Next Job at Winchester House Care Home in Rochester
Previously a clergy house constructed in 1875, Winchester House is a beautiful care home with real charm and character. The building has been restored into five separate units with 121 beds in total, and we’re proud of the elegant surrounds we’ve created for our residents. Between the spacious en-suite bedrooms, landscaped gardens, vegetable plot and hairdressing salon, this is a wonderful place that enables us to deliver the person-centred care our residents deserve.
Our compassionate nursing and care teams are supported by our dedicated managers, chefs, activities, housekeeping, laundry, administration and maintenance staff. The entire team works to make sure our residents are getting the most out of life, whether that’s by taking part in singing sessions, cake making and quizzes, or enjoying a delicious meal our Chef has cooked up. We’ve developed strong links with the local community, schools and churches and a wide range of local health and social care services, making our home a vibrant hub of activity. If you join our team, you’ll have the first-class facilities, excellent support and career opportunities you need to provide quality care.
