As a member of our care team, you’ll provide the person-centred care and support that will ensure each resident gets the most out of this phase of their life. Working under the guidance of your team leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residents. It means you’ll be able to get to know each individual, their life stories and all of their preferences. You’ll then help us to deliver on those preferences so that their experiences with us are tailored to their exact needs.

For some of our roles, you’ll need to have experience of caring for older people. Your warm-hearted and can-do approach will shine through and you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the standard of care and support we’re known for. For other roles, including our regional roles, you’ll also need to have some additional qualifications. But whatever your level, we’ll make sure you have the training and progression opportunities you need to thrive in your career. The training we offer is wide-reaching and designed to promote your understanding of clinical issues and ensure that you feel confident in all aspects of your role development. Furthermore, you could take the step up to become a Care Practitioner, or even move into nursing.
