We were very proud to be shortlisted in the 2016 Great North West Care Awards in the ‘Putting People First’ category. In the 2016 Barchester Care Awards, we not only achieved three Divisional Awards, but the overall National Winner of the Carer of the Year category was also awarded to one of our team.

Cheshire Grange provides first class 24-hour residential and nursing care, as well as respite care and short breaks.
Our dedicated Memory Lane Community provides specialist resources for people living with dementia in a homely yet secure environment. This includes colour and cues to help residents navigate through the home as well as thoughtful interior design to help with reminiscence. Memory boxes with small reminders and items such as photographs are used to help each person reminisce. Features such as adapted crockery and tableware, sensory gardens with low risk walkways and activity kitchens enable people to engage in life’s everyday tasks and pleasures.
We’re proud to be one of the first homes to be accredited as part of Barchester’s 10-60-06 Dementia Care programme, a training and accreditation programme designed to enhance the dementia care environment.
