Hundens Park is a 61-bed care home on the site of a former bowling green and park. Our home has extensive gardens designed to meet our residents’ needs.
As a team, we’re focused on helping our residents lead fulfilling lives, in a warm, homely and friendly environment. As well as nurses, providing 24-hour cover, the team includes managers and care staff specially trained in dementia care, activities co-ordinators, hospitality and maintenance teams, administrators and trained chefs. We also work closely with a wider team of local GPs, community health services and other medical support.
Care, activities, facilities and food are all major focuses at our home. From trips to local places of interest and visits from entertainers and musicians, to carefully selected menus, bespoke care plans and carefully designed surroundings, we aim to make residents’ days comfortable and happy.
