As a Clinical Lead you’ll use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, manage projects and evolve care levels to make sure every residents’ needs are met. You’ll also make sure our team is updated with the latest clinical developments by providing coaching, training and mentoring that will engage and inspire them.

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification, this is your opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. You’ll provide cover for the General Manager too.

In this autonomous role, you’ll plan, manage and monitor the delivery of person-centred nursing as well as mentoring staff and building relationships with external stakeholders.
It’s important that our residents receive the highest quality nursing and mental health care and our Unit Nurse Managers – Mental Health ensure that’s exactly what we provide. A natural leader, you can implement person-centred care plans, lead and support a team and make the most of the autonomy this role offers.
