To support our continued commitment to 17,000 colleagues across the business, we are looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join us on a 12 month maternity contract. This crucial role will involve the facilitation, delivery, and oversight of all people related reward, benefits, recognition, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives, ranging from specific one-time projects to annual events.
NEED TO HAVE:
• CIPD qualification
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing wellbeing and engagement strategies
• Proven track record of delivering against implementation plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop working relationships at all levels across the business
• A practical, logical and innovative approach to problem solving
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft package
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines, whilst maintaining forensic attention to detail
NEED TO DO:
• Develop and implement a wellbeing strategy to support physical, mental, emotional, and financial health
• Develop data driven and anecdotal reports on strategy performance to evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing interventions
• Influence policies that prioritise wellbeing, including developing a Wellbeing Champion role in our services and departments, and launching a new employee app
• Work with Learning and Development and Internal Communications to sustain focus on wellbeing initiatives and promote engaging leadership behaviours
• Build an engagement plan in response to feedback to enable and sustain culture change
• Project manage and analyse participation in external engagement surveys
• Oversee processing, communication, and review of bonus schemes and annual pay reviews
• Ensure the current rewards package continues to meet the needs of a diverse organisation and is appropriate to being an employer of choice
• Manage relationships with providers to maximise cost benefit and engagement
