As Home Sales Adviser at this brand new Barchester home, you’ll be the friendly, professional face that represents us. Moors Manor recently Open in St Leonards, Ringwood.  St Leonards is a village situated in Dorset, not far from Bournemouth and St Ives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our new home has been specifically designed to provide quality enhanced residential care to older people and those living with dementia. The home will provide a warm, homely and friendly environment for 66 residents. The dedicated Memory Lane community, which supports residents with dementia, will offer everything from a sensory garden through to Life Skills kitchens. This is your opportunity to make this first-class home a success from day one.

In this role, you’ll be at the very forefront of that effort.

You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Taking a proactive role in generating leads and coordinating local marketing activities
• Responding swiftly and compassionately to sales enquiries
• Providing detailed information about the quality of our facilities and services
• Putting minds at rest by ensuring details about contracts are well communicated
• Maintaining the contacts database for your care home.


ABOUT YOU
To join us as a Home Sales Adviser, you’ll need a track record in sales and marketing. A background in care homes would be an advantage but isn’t essential. What’s more important is that you have a flair for communication and a dynamic approach. We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with all sorts of people and make compelling presentations (including to groups). You’ll also know how to market to – and build strong links with – the local community. Given the regular travel involved, a full UK driving licence is also required.
