ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Housekeeping Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help to create a warm and homely environment that enables us to meet each resident’s unique needs. Keeping the home clean and safe is no small task, which is why the role of a Bank Housekeeping Assistant is so important. The variety of housekeeping and cleaning tasks you carry out will ensure everyone can enjoy a clean, tidy and welcoming environment. This means you’ll have a direct impact on our residents, their visitors and all the staff working to support them.

West Oak has been ranked among the best in the country for the quality of the services it provides and recently received an overall 'Outstanding' rating by the Care Quality Commission.

ABOUT YOU
You don’t need any particular qualifications or experience to join us as a Housekeeping Assistant. What matters is your caring nature, personable approach and good practical skills. Just as importantly, you should be reliable and keen to use your attention to detail to make a positive difference.

As well as competitive pay, you can look forward to a role that offers true flexibility and plenty of free learning and development opportunities. As one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, we take the growth of everyone who works for us seriously.

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.
