ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work across the Central Division at Barchester Healthcare. The key responsibilities of this role are of a Registered General Manager in a care home setting. You will be expected to ensure good quality ratings are achieved and commercial aspects of the business are delivered.
Areas covered: Wales, West Midlands, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.
To become an Operations Manager at Barchester you must will hold a current, valid Registered General Nurse pin. As you will provide cover in our homes where there are General Manager vacancies, you will be required to travel and stay away from home. Due to the extensive geography of the Central Division, you would ideally reside within one of the areas listed above.
