ABOUT THE ROLE
A £2000 Golden Hello* is just one of the ways we’ll reward you when you join Barchester’s Forest Hospital as an RMN/RNLD.
Forest Hospital is a modern, purpose-built facility, providing mental health services for up to 30 patients over 2 wards. In this dynamic environment, we care for a variety of conditions in working-age adults who are at the hospital on both a detained and non-detained basis. As a Registered Nurse at Forest Hospital, you’ll use your compassion and experience to deliver the quality care we’re known for, and will be supported to develop niche new skills. You’ll help improve patients’ quality of life by ensuring their needs are met and that each person is always treated with dignity and respect. As a Registered Nurse at Barchester, you can enjoy the freedom and autonomy you need to make a real difference. Our dedicated clinical management team will support you to continually develop and improve your knowledge and skills, offering progression opportunities and bonus packages to reward excellent services.
You’ll need to have current NMC registration to join us as a Registered Nurse. We’ll look for an up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices together with a strong understanding of MHA and CQC requirements and frameworks. Your proactive approach will mean you’re ready to make the most of the personally-tailored training programme we’ll develop for you. Dedicated and compassionate, you should also have experience of producing well-developed support and enablement plans, undertaking risk assessments and working as part of a clinical team.
As well as a competitive salary, Barchester offers one of the best rewards packages in the care sector. Your generous benefits would include:
• A £2000 Golden Hello*
• Free learning and development
• Automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme
• A range of holiday, retail and leisure discounts
• Nurse Mentor and Refer a Friend bonus schemes
• Offer to pay Tier 2 visa application fee for eligible nurses
If you’d like to use your clinical and people skills in an organisation that provides the quality care you’d expect for your loved ones, this is a rewarding and empowering place to be.
