Arbour Lodge is a small independent hospital in Marple, supporting 13 male patients with a variety of mental health conditions. As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD), you will be called upon to anticipate, respond to, and clinically assess behaviours associated with a complex mental health diagnosis whilst demonstrating empathy and compassion. You’ll use your experience and training to deliver the quality care we’re known for, and will be supported to develop niche new skills. You’ll help improve patients’ quality of life by ensuring their needs are met and that each person is always treated with dignity and respect. NEED TO HAVE
• Nursing qualification (RMN/RNLD)
• Valid NMC PIN
• Up to date knowledge of clinical practices
• Strong understanding of MHA and CQC frameworks
NEED TO DO
• Lead a shift of support staff, mentoring junior team members
• Provide person-centred care to patients
• Produce well developed support and enablement plans
• Complete risk assessments
