Find Your Next Job at Kenwyn Care Home in Truro
Kenwyn is a purpose-built care home in Truro with beautiful gardens, set within a quiet area of this bustling market city in Cornwall. With 109 rooms, and facilities that are specially designed to help deliver the very best in person-centred care, this is a great place to learn, develop, and contribute to helping our residents lead fulfilling lives.
Each resident has a tailored care plan and their needs and preferences are factored into every aspect of day-to-day life. Whether it’s the delicious meals made from fresh Cornish produce we serve in our restaurant or the wide-ranging activities we run each week, we put choice and individuality at the heart of all that we do. Our activities are as varied as our residents, with a trip to Truro Cathedral, sensory sessions and a ukulele workshop all proving popular recently. With services from physiotherapy gym to hairdressers, we make sure our residents have everything they need on hand.
The team here is made up of managers, nurses, carers and a number of people in support roles in areas like administration and maintenance. All of us take the same pride in making the home somewhere residents and their families enjoy spending time in. All of our staff have access to the training and development they need to make the most of their skills and open up new opportunities for their Barchester careers.
