The entire Marple Dale team base their approach to supporting residents on personalised care plans, involving the individual and their families in the process as much as possible. This gives us a solid base for our Activities Coordinator to create a programme which is supported by all staff. Activities include baking, gardening, exercises reminiscence work, quizzes, trips out, pet visits and theme days. Everything, from our thoughtfully designed buildings through to the delicious food we serve on a daily basis, is to make sure our residents have a meaningful experience with us.

We offer 24-hour nursing and residential care, as well as respite care and short breaks. We provide services for spinal injuries, strokes, multiple sclerosis, learning and physical disabilities, multiple sclerosis, Huntington’s and Parkinson’s.
Many of our residents are older adults, but we also provide specialist care for younger people with acquired brain injuries, physically disabilities or learning difficulties in specific units designed for their needs.
