Mo Dhachaidh is bright and friendly 21-bed home where we’re known for our ‘Highland welcome’. Our home features spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges and lovely landscaped gardens. Wherever you are in our home, you’ll feel the warm and supportive environment that enables our team to deliver the person-centred care our residents deserve.
Every member of our team has the same ethos: to make each resident feel welcome and at home – and offering activities that meet their social and cultural needs is one way we do that. Our Activities Coordinator plans an exciting programme for residents, which includes visits from a therapy dog, a ‘gentle’ exercise guru, a regular church service and summer walks to the seafront. We also embrace our highland culture, with traditional music, food and the occasional ‘wee dram’.
Our dedicated team of nurses and carers provide our residents with care that puts their choice and freedom first. The housekeeping and laundry staff are friendly locals who are always on hand to help the carers and residents. No matter which area of our home they’re in, the entire team follow residents’ tailored care plans to ensure they feel comfortable and fulfilled. If you join us, you’ll be given the resources and opportunities you need to give our residents the care and support they deserve.
