Barchester Healthcare has been awarded Outstanding status at the 2021 Best Companies Live event, where the best employers in the UK were unveiled. The Best Companies awards recognise companies’ commitment to their employees and to workplace engagement and are made all the more meaningful because they are awarded based on feedback from a randomly selected cross-section of the company’s own employees.
Barchester Healthcare was awarded a triple honour at the event; not only was it awarded 2 Star Outstanding status by its employees, the company was also placed 11th in the Top 20 Best Health & Social Care Companies to work for and Barchester was listed 14th in the Top 25 Best Big Companies to Work For in the UK.
