Set in beautifully maintained grounds, Station Court is a purpose-built care home with room for 63 residents. We have bright communal areas, a conservatory, a hair salon and tastefully decorated bedrooms. With our vibrant yet homely feel, this is an opportunity to work in an environment that enables you to deliver the very best in person-centred care.
Our team consists of General Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Carers, Carers, Housekeeping, Catering, Maintenance, Administration and Activities Coordinators – and each helps our residents get the most out of life. We have a careful care planning regime, which involves pre-admission assessments and discussions with their relatives. Individual care plans are regularly reviewed and tailored to our residents’ activity, dietary and social needs. We encourage our residents to take part in the many activities we offer, which include gentle exercise, baking, gardening and outings to places around the local area.
We recognise residents’ individuality and understand the importance of them making their own decisions when it comes down to their daily lives. Join us and you’ll be given everything you need to provide the quality care our residents deserve.

This includes colour and cues to help residents navigate through the home as well as thoughtful interior design to help with reminiscence.
