Our dedicated Activities teams help to keep our residents and patients engaged and happy by planning and running a wide range of activities to suit every taste and ability.

Working in either a care home or an independent mental health hospital, you’ll put choice and dignity at the heart of your work so that everyone gets something out of the activities they take part in. Our activities range from events to mark special occasions through to simply making sure we have a good provision of books, games and films.

Across everything you do, you’ll work to make our home and hospital environments happy and fulfilling. You’ll also look at how we can involve residents and patients with the wider community.

Warm and empathetic, you’ll enjoy getting to know our residents, patients and their families. You know how to get things done and make things happen, and you’ll always look to reflect the preferences of each individual. This is a fun part of our organisation and these roles will allow you to make a visible difference to the wellbeing of our patients or residents.

We want our homes and hospitals to feel as homely as possible, and our Housekeeping and Laundry teams keep everything spotlessly clean and tidy. You’ll provide the support that allows us to maintain our high standards, and you’ll be very much valued when you join us in one of these roles.

As well as undertaking housekeeping or laundry tasks, you’ll interact with the patients and residents you come across over the course of the day, playing your own part in making our environments places they like to spend time in.

Activities Assistant

We create a warm and positive atmosphere in all our facilities, and it’s our Activities Assistants who help us do this. You’ll help plan a variety of activities so our patients and residents can lead fun and fulfilling lives. In this role, every single day is different, but always rewarding.

Activities Coordinator

Our Activities Coordinators make our facilities engaging and stimulating places to be, so we can truly deliver all-round quality care. With your creativity, you’ll design activity programmes that bring fun and enthusiasm into our patients’ and residents’ lives. Plus, you’ll have all the training you need to develop with us.

Head of Housekeeping

Keeping our facilities maintained to the highest standards is only the beginning of what our Head of Housekeeping does. They also create the warm atmosphere that helps our patients and residents feel at home. A natural leader, you’ll inspire your team to work to the same exceptional level you do.

Housekeeping Assistant

The fact our facilities are clean and tidy means they’re welcoming environments for our patients, residents, and their families – and it’s our Housekeeping Assistants who make that happen. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll put your practical skills to use so our facilities are an enjoyable place to be.

Laundry Assistant

To our patients and residents, having freshly washed clothes can often mean more than you might think. Our Laundry Assistants help everyone to feel truly at home in our facilities. A reliable individual, you’ll learn how to keep a facility running smoothly, and open up more career opportunities for yourself.

Administrator

Everyone has a part to play in giving our residents and patients the person-centred care they deserve, and our Administrators are no exception. You’ll support the management team with the home’s admin and financial activities, including database management and payroll, as well as helping to make the facility friendly and welcoming.

Admin Assistant

This role is about more than handling files and answering the phone – as well as that, our Admin Assistants help to make our care homes truly welcoming. As a real people person, you can expect to engage with visitors, residents and their families as well as supporting our managers across diverse tasks.

Receptionist

Our caring and courteous Receptionists provide the warm welcome that helps to make our environments feel like home. In this varied role, you’ll answer phone calls, greet visitors, manage the reception area and show prospective residents, patients and their families around. You might have some administrative tasks too, like typing and filing.

General Assistant

We want to enable everyone in our team to deliver person-centred care and support day-in and day-out, and that’s why our General Assistants are so important. Taking on responsibilities across admin, housekeeping and catering, you’ll get to know our residents and help create a warm and homely environment.
