We give our residents’ families a ‘Getting to Know Me’ booklet to fill out before the resident arrives, which includes some life history and a tick sheet of activities they might enjoy. This enables us to learn about their lives so our team can personalise conversations and trips.
Our managers make sure all of this is able to run smoothly and efficiently, while always taking time to interact with residents and provide support to the team. If you join us, you’ll work in a warm and supportive environment where you’ll have everything you need to help our residents get the most out of life and develop your career.
