We offer 24-hour nursing and dementia care, as well as respite care and short breaks. We also provide neuro rehabilitation care and services for other conditions, including strokes, young onset dementia, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, learning and physical disabilities.
We have a dedicated Memory Lane Community providing specialised resources for people living with dementia. This includes colour and cues to help residents navigate through the home as well as thoughtful interior design to help with reminiscence.
