The Warren is a bright and charming 44-bed care home where we’re proud of our relaxed and happy family atmosphere. From our spacious bedrooms and lounges through to nooks where our residents can quietly enjoy reading a book, this is a welcoming environment that truly enables you to deliver person-centred care.
Every member of The Warren team is focused on helping our residents to get the most out of life. One of the ways we keep our residents active is through a varied range of activities and entertainment that offers something for everyone – whether that’s arts and crafts or gardening. We have a small, but well-maintained garden for everyone to help out with, including our wonderful greenhouse and raised flower and vegetable beds.
Life with us means being part of a dedicated team. We’re all involved with our residents – whether that’s our maintenance team getting a room ready for someone new, our chefs creating dishes to suit every taste and dietary need, or our housekeeping staff helping residents to personalise their rooms. Our carers and nurses deliver bespoke care plans that are focused on making each resident’s day comfortable and happy. Every resident is special to us and we’ll make sure you have the training and support you need to play your own part in looking after them – with plenty of career opportunities along the way.
