Westwood House is a comfortable and elegant care home that’s been thoughtfully designed with our residents in mind. Following significant investment, we have a bright new reception area, beautiful dining area and 49 tastefully decorated bedrooms. For you, this means you’ll have first-class facilities that enable you to deliver the person-centred care you’d expect for your loved ones.
All of our team play a part when a new resident moves into our home, including the maintenance staff who help personalise new rooms by putting up pictures; and the Activities Coordinators, who spend time with residents to find out their favourite hobbies so they can add them into our programme. Activities are an important part of life at Westwood House and include baking, gardening, arts and crafts and frequent outings in our own minibus.
As for our managers, nurses, carers and people in support roles, they’re all committed to providing or aiding the quality care our residents deserve.
