Every member of our team works to put independence and choice at the heart our residents’ experience with us. To encourage our residents to keep active and lead fulfilling lives, our activities team has developed strong links to the local community. We have regular outings to local churches, pubs and community centres, as well as group activities like baking and flower arranging. Our chefs can be found getting involved too – they prepare delicious food every day and for special events, like birthday celebrations or afternoon tea parties.
As for our managers, nurses, carers and people in support roles, they’re all dedicated to making sure our residents receive all-round quality care – whether that’s by bringing them freshly washed clothes or carrying out their tailored care plans with real compassion.
