Find Your Next Job at Windmill Manor Care Home in Oxted
Windmill Manor is a modern care home with plenty of character and charm; you’ll find several open communal spaces, a secure garden and balcony, and each resident has their own spacious room fitted with an en-suite shower wet room. We aim to help our residents to be as comfortable and happy as possible, and our purpose-built home has been designed to enable us to do that.
Each and every role in our care home revolves around person-centred care. Our activities team takes time to learn about our residents’ interests so they can create exciting programmes that include outside entertainers, quizzes, exercise classes and trips to places of local interest using our home minibus. When our maintenance team decorates and personalises residents’ rooms, they get to know more about their character and lives.
As for our managers, nurses, carers and people in support roles, they’re all committed to making sure our residents receive quality care – whether that’s by making sure their paperwork is in line, setting up a chiropodist appointment, or spending meaningful one-to-one time with them. If you join us, our dedicated team will provide all the support and opportunities you need to thrive with us.
