Find Your Next Job at Wykeham House Care Home in Horley
Wykeham House was officially opened by Sir Richard Branson in 1998. Since then, we’ve been offering residents high quality care in our comfortable and charming 76-bed home. Whether you’re in our lounge or landscaped gardens, you’ll feel the warm and welcoming environment that helps us deliver the person-centred care our residents deserve.
Every member of our team works towards helping our residents get the most out of life – and our dedication can be seen in every area of the home. Our activities team encourages residents to be vocal about what they enjoy and design engaging activity plans accordingly. That could mean taking our residents on a trip to the shops, or even the beach, in our very own minibus. Our chefs cook up nutritious fresh food and our residents’ relatives are always welcome to join us for lunch.
As for our carers and nurses, they spend meaningful one-on-one time with every resident and create tailored care plans that put their wellbeing first. Our manager’s number one priority is creating a culture that is friendly and supportive, so if you join us, you’ll have everything you need to deliver quality care and develop your career with us.
